$17.1M for Disney Vacation Club building
A joint venture between Duke Realty Corp. and CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust acquired the Disney Vacation Development headquarters building for $17.1 million. The joint venture acquired the building, a 3-story, 100,924-square-foot Class A office building in Celebration Office Center III, from Duke Realty Corp., according to a news release
