What a trashy city!
It is disgusting, despicable and sad the amount of trash I encounter on my daily 5-mile jog through Florissant. Homeowners/renters: Is it too difficult to pick up the trash in and around your yard? Even if it’s not from you, why would you not take pride in your home and spend a couple of minutes each day cleaning up any trash?
