Newest Filings in Texas Case – Bonnie Stern to be Kicked out of the Texas Case?

There are new filings in Texas in the Case, a Response to Larry Birkhead in preparation for the hearing this Friday on the Motion to Compel; a Motion for a default judgment on Bonnie Stern, could this be going to California now for the bankruptcy court to decide with no money amount alleged in damages.
