My Home In Tx. Is An Inheritance. If I Sell & Buy Another With That Money Does My Husband Have Rights To It?
By Texas law my husband has no rights to my home since it was inherited. Right now we are seperated. I want to move out to the country. If I sell my home that money still comes from an inhertance. If I buy another home with it does my husband have rights to it since Texas is a community property state?
Can The Builder Sell A House Even Though They Have My Earnest Money?
I put down the amount required by the builder for earnest money. My loan was not approved by their lending company so I shopped around and got a preapproval on a loan thru another lender. I just found out the house was sold last week? Can they do this without notifying me. 
I live in Texas. PS. I did a walkthru on the property already
