Nazarbayev signs IP law amendments

(SRI) – Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed into law amendments to the country’s intellectual property legislation. The amendments are reportedly aimed to bring the legislation in line with the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and streamline the existing law.
