Texas Property Taxes?
I live in texas…my grandfather just passed away so his estate is about to be sold and split among his 3 kids….for several yrs he hasn’t had 2 pay property taxes because he is listed as over 65…..so he is exempt. Now that he is gone is the irs going to take their share of his estate 2 cover those back taxes before the family is to get their share.
