I Need Help With Executing A Will In Tarrant County Texas?
I have been named as the Executor of a Will.
There were 3 items specifically named to go to someone.
1. His House – he sold it in October before he died
2. His car – he gave it away in September before he died
3. All residential items – he already gave it all to that person before he died
The deceased had 3 small Checking Accounts
1. Has $6100 and has a Beneficiary
2. Has $250 does not have a Beneficiary
3. Has $3200 and the bank will not disclose any information as of yet.
4. The deceased has $31K in Credit Card Debt.
The deceased does not own any property, vehicles, or insurance policies.
The deceased had already given away all household items and his apartment has now been vacated. There is nothing to distribute, only to close the Checking Accounts and Credit Cards. Do I have to hire a lawyer and put this will into probate?
Is there a simple and inexpensive way to handle this?
What happens if nothing is done with the will?

is it the reason the horse market is bad now?
-horses are being turned lose in arizona to die-
-hay prices have jumped 10%!-
-horse meat is a custom in europe & asia-
-delta will not ship frozen horse meat-
-there is no where for the sick/dieing/crippled horses to go be killed “legally”-
-one man is facing charges for shotting HIS OWN horses, & since he couldnt burry them he burnt there bodys on HIS property-
-the meat can/could be used to feed others around the world-
-$1500 dollar horses are being sold for $800-
whatever else you would like to say go a head!!
