Here Goes. I Am Searching For An Investor/philanthropist To Help Me Through A Rough Time…?
I work full-time (always have) as a nursing home administrator, wife a bank teller, and make decent money. Troubles a couple of years ago ruined my credit. In short, I need to purchase the land I live on and pay off my double-wide that sits on it. The total is under $60,000. The land has a rental property as well that would likely make most of the payment. I just need a loan, not a hand-out. I would gladly sign a contract to pay back just like a bank loan. I believe I can re-finance in 2 to 3 years. We love this place, but if we can’t buy then the land owner has to sell and we would have to move our home. I live in Texas in which getting the loan is even harder on a the m/h even though it is nice. If we own the land, the loan gets easier.
